Drizzlebot

Product studio · West Sussex · Clients worldwide

Drizzlebot builds SaaS platforms, business websites and the AI automation behind them: receptionists that pick up at 2am, pipelines that never drop a lead, and internal tools your team actually opens.

  • SaaS and digital products
  • Websites
  • AI receptionists
  • Automation

What we build

Four things, done properly, rather than a menu of forty.

Most work is one of these, or two of them wired together. If yours is genuinely something else, say so on the call and we will tell you whether we are the right people.

An admin console and a customer dashboard passing data round a loop, beside three tinted glass panes stacked in mid-air, each holding its own key

SaaS and digital products

Subscription software built end to end — and built by people who run their own, so we cost the second year, not just the launch.

  • Multi-tenant architecture with roles, permissions and row-level security
  • Authentication, billing and subscription lifecycle on Stripe
  • Admin console and customer dashboard as first-class surfaces
What that includes
A website layout shown on two glass panes and a phone, enquiries streaming away from it as envelopes, with sitemap, code, share and indexing icons beneath

Websites that generate enquiries

Fast, mobile-first sites on your own domain, live in under a week. A site nobody finds is not an asset, so the technical SEO is part of the build, not an upsell.

  • Live in under a week from the go-ahead, once we have your content and your domain
  • Designed and engineered in-house in Next.js and React — no page-builder templates
  • Full technical SEO pass: metadata, sitemap, robots, Open Graph, structured data
What that includes
A desk phone lit from within, a new number on a plate above it, and light rising from the handset to branch into a keypad, a written message and an SMS bubble

AI voice agents and receptionists

A new business number that is answered in a natural voice, 24/7. It picks up at 2am, books the job, and texts you what happened.

  • A number we provision for you and put on the site, so every enquiry the site generates is answered
  • Handles enquiries, takes messages and books appointments into your calendar
  • Configured with your hours, services, FAQs and greeting — it only commits to what you approved
What that includes
A conveyor carrying frosted glass tiles for contacts, calendar, email, SMS, spreadsheets and integrations, with one golden loop lifting off the line

Business process automation

Joining up the tools you already pay for, so nothing gets re-keyed by hand and follow-ups happen without anyone remembering.

  • CRM, calendar, email, SMS, spreadsheets and webhooks wired into one flow
  • Built on n8n plus custom API integrations where the off-the-shelf node stops
  • Failure handling and retries designed in, so a silent break can't go unnoticed
What that includes

The machinery

This is what “AI automation” actually looks like.

Not a chat bubble in the corner. A business number that gets answered at 2am, and a day where every enquiry lands in the same place whether it arrived by call, form or text.

01 · The call nobody was awake for

reception · example02:14 am
  1. 02:14caller:Hi, do you have availability this week?
Example of a call handled at 2am. Not a recording.

It only offers slots you have approved, in your services and your hours. Anything outside that, it takes a message and a human follows up — and you can read every transcript.

02 · An ordinary Tuesday

pipeline · example day6 events
  1. 07:42callOut-of-hours call answered — quoted, message logged
Example of a day in the pipeline. Illustrative figures, not our numbers.

The follow-up at 16:38 is the part that pays for the system. Nobody had to remember it, and nobody had to be told it was missed.

Selected work

Open them. That is the whole point of putting them here.

Four sites anyone can visit right now, and a shelf of platforms behind them. Of the four, three are demonstrations rather than commissioned work and one is a venture we run ourselves. The preview domains are the reason: work we are paid for goes live on the client's own domain, so judge the build rather than the address bar.

Also built

  • Outbound sales command centre

  • Services marketplace

  • A monthly summary in your inbox, so the numbers reach you even if you never log in

How it goes

Four steps, and you can stop after the first one.

The call is genuinely free and genuinely useful. If the honest answer is that you do not need what we sell, that is what you will hear.

  1. 01

    The call

Thirty minutes on what the business actually needs. You leave with a recommendation whether or not you hire us — including when the cheaper option would do.

  2. 02

    Fixed scope, fixed price

We write down what is being built and what it costs before anything starts. If the scope moves, we re-quote first rather than invoice later.

  3. 03

    Build and show

You see it working on a real URL while it is being made, not in a slide. Feedback lands in the build rather than in a change-request queue.

  4. 04

    Tested, then handed over

We drive it end to end before you do. You get the walkthrough, the accounts, the domain and the code — it is yours to take elsewhere if you ever want to.

Questions

The things people ask before booking.

What does it cost?

A fixed price agreed before we start, based on the scope we map together on the call. No day rates on build work, no surprise invoices. If the scope changes, we re-quote before doing the work. Consulting is the one thing sold differently — a fixed fee for the audit, or a monthly retainer for the ongoing partner role, both priced on the services page before you ever speak to us.

Can you just advise us, rather than build it?

Yes. The audit is a fixed fee and ends in a written plan you keep, including the parts we would not be the right people to build. If you want that relationship to continue, the retainer puts an outside technical lead on your side of the table month to month. Neither one obliges you to have us build anything.

How long does a website take?

Under a week from the go-ahead to live, once we have your content and your domain. Automation runs alongside it, because the receptionist and the pipeline are configured rather than built from scratch. The week is the build — the call and the scope come before it.

Do I own what you build?

Yes. The site, the copy, the domain, the data and the code are yours. If you ever leave, everything comes with you in a form another developer can pick up.

What if the AI says something wrong?

The receptionist only commits to things you have approved: your services, your hours, your booking slots. Anything outside that, it takes a message and a human follows up. You can read every transcript.

We are not local to you. Does that matter?

No. We are based in West Sussex and meet clients across Sussex and the South East in person, and we work with clients worldwide remotely. Most of the work happens over a call and a shared preview link either way, so the time zone matters more than the distance — and we will tell you plainly if yours makes us a bad fit.

What happens after launch?

We host, monitor and keep improving it under a monthly care plan. You get a dashboard you can log into whenever you want — traffic, enquiries, calls answered, follow-ups sent — and a plain-English summary in your inbox once a month, so you are never dependent on us to find out how it is doing.

Tell us what is not working.

Thirty minutes, no pitch deck. You leave with a recommendation whether or not you hire us — including when the cheaper option would do the job.

What you need

What are you trying to fix?

Pick the closest one. Nothing here is binding — it just tells us who should be on the call.

We use your details to call you about this enquiry and nothing else — no mailing list, no drip campaign, and we do not pass them on. See our privacy notice. Or email adrians@drizzlebot.co.uk.
