What we do with your details.
Short, because we do very little with them.
Who is responsible
Drizzlebot, based in Bognor Regis, West Sussex. For anything on this page, write to drizzlebotdev@gmail.com.
What we collect, and when
Only what you type into the booking form: your name, your phone number, and optionally your business name, email address and a note about the work. Nothing is collected if you do not submit the form.
Why, and on what basis
To call you back about the enquiry you made, and to prepare for that call. The lawful basis is legitimate interest — you asked us to get in touch, and contacting you is the only thing the details are used for. We do not add you to a mailing list, run a drip campaign, or pass your details to anyone for marketing.
Where it goes
Your enquiry is sent to our own customer system, which we built and run ourselves. It is hosted on infrastructure in the UK and the EU. The people who see it are the four of us. No advertising network, data broker or lead-selling service receives it.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising pixels or session recording. There is nothing here to consent to, which is why you were not asked.
How long we keep it
If you become a client, for as long as we work together plus the period our accountant requires. If you do not, we keep the enquiry for up to two years so we have context if you come back, then delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email the address above and we will do it within a month, usually the same week. If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
